Data protection

The operating companies of these pages give utmost importance to the protection of your personal data. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations as well as this data protection declaration.

Our website can normally be used without providing personal data. If personal data (e.g. name, address or email addresses) is collected on our pages, it is always on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be forwarded to third parties without your explicit consent.

We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication by email) may have security loopholes. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Cookies

Some of the websites use so-called cookies. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain any viruses. Cookies are used to make our website more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted after you exit the website. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognise your browser the next time you visit our website.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, disable the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or generally and enable the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are disabled, the functionality of this website may be limited.

  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request

This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data is not combined with other data sources. We reserve the right to check this data subsequently if we become aware of concrete indications of an illegal use.

Matomo

This website uses Matomo - an open source web analytics service. Matomo uses so-called “cookies”. These are text files that are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of your usage of the website. For this purpose, the information generated by the cookie about the use of this website is stored on our server. The IP address is made anonymous before it is saved.

The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website will not be passed on to third parties. You may refuse the storage of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser; however, please note that, if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.

The opt-out must be reactivated the next time you visit our site.

Facebook plug-ins (Like button)

Our pages integrate plug-ins from the social network Facebook, Facebook Inc, 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA. You can recognise the Facebook plug-ins by the Facebook logo or the “Like” button on our page. An overview of Facebook plug-ins can be found here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.

When you visit our pages, the plug-in establishes a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. As a result, Facebook receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click the Facebook “Like” button while logged into your Facebook account, you can share the contents of our pages on your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to associate the visit to our pages with your user account. As the provider of the pages, we would like to point out that we have no knowledge of the contents of the data transmitted or of their use by Facebook. For more information, please refer to the data protection declaration of Facebook at https://de-de.facebook.com/policy.php.

If you do not want Facebook to associate your visit to our pages with your Facebook account, please log out of your Facebook account.

Google+

Our pages use functions of Google+. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Recording and forwarding of information: You can use the Google+ button to publish information globally. The Google+ button gives you and other users personalised content from Google and our partners. Google stores the information that you have given +1 for content and information about the page that you viewed when you clicked +1. Your +1 can appear in Google services, such as search results or your Google profile, or elsewhere on websites and ads, along with your profile name and photo.

Google records information about your +1 activities to improve Google services for you and others. In order to use the Google+ button, you need a public Google profile that is visible worldwide and that must contain at least the name chosen for the profile. This name is used in all Google services. In some cases, this name may also replace another name that you use when sharing content through your Google account. The identity of your Google profile may be displayed to users who know your email address or have other identifying information about you.

Use of information collected: In addition to the uses described above, the information you provide will be used in accordance with the applicable Google data protection stipulations. Google may publish aggregated statistics about the +1 activity of  users or share them with users and partners such as publishers, interested parties or related websites.

If SSL encryption is enabled, the data you send to us cannot be read by third parties.

Objection to advertising mails

We hereby object to the use of contact data published within the scope of the legal notice obligation to send unsolicited advertising and information material.
